New Rule changes approved by ABC and WIBC Delegates are as follows:
General Playing Rules
Rule 2b: Creates a new rule to explain procedure for a Baker System Team
Game
Rule 3h: Automatic Scoring Devices rule was deleted. Rule 1 states only
ABC/WIBC approved equipment may be used in ABC/WIBC competition.
Rule 5f: Foul Appeal rule was deleted. Rule 10 details procedure to follow
in disputes regarding fouls.
Rule 18: Bowling Ball Private Ownership rule was deleted.
