Joyce Stallard, 1st Vice President of the Wise County Womens Bowling Association, is always ready to fill in for the president or any other officer if she is needed.  She has attended many state meetings and is Mildred's right hand "man".

Joyce bowls on Monday night with the Alley Cats and on Tuesday with Mountain Florist.  She has the distinction of bowling the high scratch game of the 1999-2000 season - 289.

Joyce is a great sport and always laughs about the tournament scores she bowled in the old Clintwood Association.  She participated twice in the singles tournament.  In one event she had the highest score; in the other she had the lowest score.

Joyce is a widow with married children and grandchildren.  She leads a very busy life doing church work, singing with a group, and operating Mountain Florist in Clintwood.
